What You Need:

White craft glue

Styrofoam plate

Paintbrush

Blue tissue paper

Child safety scissors

Egg carton

Construction paper

Toothpicks


What You Do:

1. Mix a few drops of water into the glue. Turn the plate upside down and brush the glue mixture over the bottom. Press the tissue paper into the glue on the plate. Brush more glue over the paper. Let dry.
   
   
2. To make boats, cut out four sections from the egg carton. To mae sails, cut eight triangles from construction paper (two for each boat). Glue a toothpick mast between every two triangles. Let dry.
   
   
3. Glue the egg carton boats onto the tissue-covered late. Poke the toothpick masts through ach boat and into the plate.
