Sunshine Wand

What You Need:

Red, orange, and yellow construction paper

Paper-towel tube

Tape

Small paper plate

White craft glue


What You Do:

1. Wrap a sheet of construction paper around the paper tube. Tape to hold.
   
   
2. Tear construction paper into long, thin strips. Glue the strips onto the paper plate, so that the "rays" hang off the side.
   
   
3. Tape the plate onto the tube.
