Chanukah

Chanukah is the eight day Jewish holiday recognized during the end-of-year holiday season.

Known as the Festival of Lights, Chanukah is celebrated with the kindling of the lights on the Menorah. Each night of the holiday, one candle is lit and one gift is exchanged between you and your loved ones.

This is one of the most important holidays of the year for the religion as it celebrates the successful rebellion of the Maccabees and the triumph of the Jewish spiritual powers over evil.
